While pando is on holiday, I've started working on the class balancing I promised long ago. Starting with the tanks:
Warrior
- No change
Shadow Knight
- No change
Earthmender
- Stomp: Cooldown increased to 12 seconds, up from 10.
- Earth Shield: Cooldown reduced to 12 seconds, down from 20%. Now increases all effects of Stomp by 100%, up from 50%.
- Earth Spikes: Now has an interrupt component, but only restores 1 charge of earth shield instead of 2.
- Crush: Now does 15 damage, down from 20. Now reduces the cooldown of Earth Spikes instead of Earth Shield.
Druid
- Bestial Fury: Duration increased to 16 sec, up from 15. Now reduces damage taken by 30%, down from 40%.
- Swipe: Now restores 5 mana in addition to its old effects.
- Thrash: Now reduces the cooldown of Bite instead of Howl.
- Bite: Now restores 25 mana regardless of if swipe is active or not.
Slimelord
- Osmosis: No longer reduces damage taken, and no longer stacks (still stacks time).
- Tendril: Immediate damage reduced to 10, from 15.
- Slime Lash: Damage reduced to 6, from 8. And mana restore reduced to 5, from 10.
- Tendril: Self heal reduced to 8%, from 10%.
Assassin
- Rusty slash no longer costs mana, but has a 6 second cooldown.
- Bottles no longer decrease the mana cost of bottle smash.
- Whenever a broken bottle is consumed, the cooldown of Grog is reduced by 1.5 seconds.
Stormbringer Lightning
- Static Field: Cooldown reduced to 12, from 16 seconds. Tooltip bug fixed to show the proper 6 sec duration.
- Jolt Strikes: Mana cost increased to 20, up from 15.
- Discharge: Damage reduced to 3 plus 3 per stack, down from 4 plus 4 per stack. Healing received increased to 6% plus 6% per stack, up from 5% +5%/stack.
- Passive: Dodging now deals 4 damage to the attacker, down from 5.
Stormbringer Frost
- Blizzard: Cooldown reduced to 45 seconds, down from 60 seconds.
- Ice Blast: Fixed a bug causing it to restore 10% HP flat. It now properly restores 4% plus 4% per stack consumed.
- Frost Slash: Damage done reduced to 8, from 10.
