FetishQuest Update (I really need to name my versions) (Patreon)

A new update has been launched to FQ. This means the live version is now running the previous beta branch (with the first quest), and the beta has been updated with some new content. I'll put the changelog in a public post in a bit, since I'm not allowed to post lewd stuff with the public setting.
