Because they're on a monthly schedule, they don't compete with the weekly slot. This means that these Loyalty Tokens will always be bigger releases with loads of animations and multipage PDFs filled with lair actions,  encounter mechanics, customization tables, lore, magic items,  subclasses, backgrounds and the works!

Since its inception, various models of the Mobile Operations Transport and Headquarters for Exploration and Reconnaissance Base - or in short Mother Base - serve as a staging post for governmental or private operations, scientific expeditions or incursions into the planar cosmos. Powered by experimental arcane reactors and highly classified clockwork magic, outfitted with different means of environmental traversal and equipped with state of the art weaponry, Mother Base is highly automated and can even act autonomously, lending fire support or tactical assistance to its crew. However, its developers notice with increasing concern that Mother Base units start to develop close bonds with their pilots and crew over time, even behaving irrationally, acting outside of permitted protocol or in other ways considered impossible to protect or even avenge their attached unit.

The Base is more than a construct, it is both headquarters and NPC. And the Base can get really, really attached to its crew.

Mother Base comes with two skins, one classic steampunk yellow and one with fashionable violet lenses!

The Base is an ideal companion for numerous adventures, whether they involve research missions into the planar realms or salvage operations in the Abyss. Its robust defenses and the flexibility afforded by the interdimensional space allow forays into life-threatening and extreme environments that are typically accessible only to high-level characters. At the same time, it introduces a new challenge — keeping the Base operational and content. Without it, one would be stranded in the heart of an active volcano or deep in enemy territory. This adds exciting narrative twists and completely reshapes established settings, seamlessly drawing inspiration from tropes found in movies like Fury, Iron Giant, or Snowpiercer.

While the Base will do its best to keep its operatives alive, either by providing arcane artillery barrages via the Fire Support Protocol or by projecting barriers with the Fortification Protocol, the players also need look after their motherly companion:

But fear not, it takes a lot to bring Mother Base to her knees and she can fend for herself, as she is bristling with firepower due to her deadly Lightning Array and also willing to dole out some motherly care in close combat, crushing foes with her Striding Stalks.

Even if she is truly gargantuan, how does one actually fit inside all the equipment - and support combat automata - necessary for a prolonged operation?

Magic, of course.

But of course that's not all. In addition to Mother Base's stats you'll find spells and magic items inspired by the techno-arcane nature of the Base itself!

The Base itself can be a benevolent mother or a demanding diva that seeks appeasement. The interaction with the artificial intelligence, its awakening, or perhaps its deterioration over the course of the mission can lead to intense moments and provide alternative and innovative role-playing experiences.
