Prepping for 5.1 (Patreon)

Greetings! I know I usually do these on Wednesday, but with everything going on lately I figured an earlier update was in order... Plus I just wanna talk about it!

First, thank you everyone for testing the Alpha 5.0.16/17 builds. I know they were janky as hell with a few questionable mechanics, but that was the whole point. Using feedback from everyone both in terms of their thoughts on the new features as well as all the bug reports, 5.1 should be a fairly smooth release.

So let's talk about 5.1!

Alpha 5.1.0 - Dakota

5.1 is named Dakota. Why? Because on top of all the new features and systems, this one's all about Dakota! This release will contain her entire base conversation structure, her entire room to explore, and several random events dedicated to her. All of her story/serum events will also be updated to account for the new transformation system, and her new dose events will be implemented (but not unlocked!) in the game.

Spending time with Dakota will open up new events, unlock new items, and give more insight into the characters' backgrounds. You may even see a few new scenes that can only be unlocked through the new exploration and conversation systems!

And Beyond!

What I'm doing with Dakota in this patch should give everyone an idea of what to expect from all the characters moving forward. The plan is to dedicate a patch like this to each character until everyone's caught up. As for who the next character is going to be, I've decided to leave that up to a poll that I'll be posting shortly after 5.1's Patreon release.

But Wait! There's (A Little) More!

In addition to the new features everyone's gotten to play with as well as Dakota's new content, I'll also be throwing in a few other odds and ends. You can expect a hint (a waft, if you will) of story content, as well as the addition of a computer in your room to facilitate playing a game to pass time, looking for porn, or ordering clothing off the internet.

Super excited for this update! I'm primarily interested in controlling and transforming others, so while the prior update was fun (and necessary game-architecting it sounds like) this one sounds even better! Can't wait to give it a whirl.

That's correct, and I've decided to let you guys vote on the next character I'll focus on! As for Penny, I'll be adding a little bit of content for her in 5.1 just to get her up to the same level as other characters in the game. Basically, this means a few more serum levels and probably one more random office event.

Porn could act something like the current cheat books. Watching different types of porn could help push your transformation slightly in one direction or another.

Westane, sir. Is there a chance we could get a breakdown of art assets for the MC? I want to replace the trans with Sarina Valentina and the sissy with the current trans option. I just don't want to miss anything, or get image sizes wrong. I figure that's something I can do to kill time tomorrow.

Sure! The portrait needs only be a perfect square and named (caps matter) Male, Female, Shemale, Sissy, Trans or Bimbo. However, I must warn you, once work on Chapter 3 begins a certain lab assistant's new guinea pig is going to be looking a lot like Sarina Valentina :)

I'm a little concerned about this project. I mean there's some sick shit in here and it's great. From deplorable yet awesome behaviour with your sister, to (hopefully) being used as a living sex toy by your own mother. I mean, forcing a man to become a woman with no morals is fine, I'm fine with that. I just took Penny out for a day and there's some sick stuff in there that may just be too much for TFGs as a whole. Hand holding is NOT OK.

What can I say? Lines and boundaries mean NOTHING to me! Holding hands is only the beginning! 5.2 will feature gratuitous cuddling. 5.3 will add a "Talk about your feelings" option to the sidebar. It will be glorious!
