Hi, my fellow pantsu lovers. I hope you're doing well.

Straight to the chase:

I'm working full-time more than a year on this, I wanted to try and see if this hobby of mine will become something more and maybe sustain my living. But the amount of funds I currently receive from you is not enough and the ongoing inflation just worsens it.

Well, I saved some money to sustain me for more than a year, but I'm running low now, so I have to make some changes. I thought hard and came up with these:

• I secured a job, and I'm studying at the moment, prepping for it. I will work less on the projects because of this. This will take at least 5-6 months.
• No, I won't stop doing what I do. I will just spare less time on it.
• But no worries, I'll be looking for people who can do work in my stead, teach them, help them and pay them if they are willing to receive the money.
• I can't translate faster since I reached the limit one individual can do to translate. Instead I plan to support and do all the heavy lifting, for the games especially. This way even people with no knowledge of programming, computers etc. can help me TL stuff for you. Most of them will supervise the MTLs output and pick the best translations that fits the context and story.
• This means faster and more releases.
• I will still manage things and make sure everything is up to the standards my supporters came to expect from me.
• If I start working less on translations that means I'll receive less money, and most of it will go towards the people who do the translations, for the software (T++), maybe buying games (depends on availability and price), etc.
• I'll credit everyone who worked the projects.
• I plan to create a site and post all my and other translators' projects there.

I don't know if it's for the best or worse. We'll see... this is the best I could do for all your support.
