Hello, hope you are all doing well. Wanted to give an update on how my current projects are going and future plans.

I moved into a new place last month. That took up a big chunk of time but I’m now all set up and very excited to get back to art full time.

I’ve started a lot of new projects this year (probably too many of them for my own good), so I’m bouncing back and forth between them a lot. Last month a roughed out an 8 page gay mini comic. It’s in a more sketchy grayscale style. I should have all 8 pages of that done this month. Progress on the main comic has been a bit more slow as I’m using a lot of 3d for blocking things out. But when the 3d assets are finished things should be speeding up a lot.

The doe animation is coming along well. I’ve worked out all the technical aspects for how it will all be put together. Though I’m running into a bit of a roadblock when it comes to the character animation. My current animation skills are not quite enough to achieve the look I’m after. So I’ve been doing animation fundamentals practice to get up to speed before continuing on to the character animation.

And the final thing I’m working on is a bit different from my usual stuff.  I’m making an ecorche sculpture of Anubis traditionally in clay. My idea is to model the skeleton in Blender then 3d print it and sculpt on top of that. I plan on working on the sculpture in a series of live streams (and making the skeleton available for download so people can make their own ecorche and follow along if they want). The sculpture is basically a deep dive into animal + human anatomy, from the skeletal structure all the way up to the muscles.

I’ve set up a little studio space to film/ livestream and sculpt. Also everything that I post publicly relating to the ecorche will be on my new SFW x/ twitter: @Tenzzingg

Anyways I should probably stop yapping for now. Thank you all so much for the support. Also happy pride month!
