The owner of the steakhouse I work for told the chefs he wants a feature every single day, and they were driving themselves insane trying to come up with a new dish daily, after like two months of that they decided to do a weekly feature, which is much more practical and mentally much easier. It gives the opportunity to get guest feedback on dishes, modify them throughout the week to improve them, and potentially add something to the menu if guests give amazing feedback on it. It’s a much better way to brainstorm new dishes, and so much easier on the chefs.

This video made me smile very big watching it. This is one of my favorite movies, and seeing you and your dad enjoying it together was awesome. I love his insight. You could tell he really enjoyed it and your conversation with each other was very wholesome. Thank you for sharing.
