Well you should know that neither Bill or Frank are going to kill the other since the show has made sure to tell us on multiple occasions that Joel and Tess are friends with them and going to see them. Like Bill and Frank were mentioned on multiple occasions....

Episode 3 is absolute perfection. Probably one of the best episodes in dramatic TV history.
