Apparently there's (another) bug on Patreon preventing access! (Patreon)

A few of you have told us that suddenly you cant access any videos despite having been able to for a while and still have a membership. We've double checked and its nothing to do with tier settings as that hasnt changed in ages, while others have had their access randomly come back out of the blue.

So this sounds like good ole Patreon bugs. Our recommendation as always is to email them about it so they will hopefully fix the root of the problem. Mean while, as usual we recommend trying to see if you can access it on other device or browsers to see if its just a browser or device specific bug, or if its account wide.
