I didn't know that you'll be continuing to the other Star Trek series too. Looking forward to them.

Can we talk about how smart Simone is? She sees everything coming a mile away!

You see, here's a parallel between Jimmy and Walter White. Just as Walter was given a different, more honorable path when his old friend offered to help, even to pay for his cancer treatment, but Walter didn't accept his help because he felt he had been robbed of his righteous place... Jimmy had once chance, when this new firm wanted to hire him, to walk the good path. You see, even though he was back-stabbed by Chuck who totally broke his heart... he could still have chosen a path that would have taken him in the right direction, allowing for healing and, who knows? ultimately forgiveness. It might even have saved his relationship with his brother, who, after all, did save him from prison, right?... But he didn't. And the final question is, why? Because of his scamming week with Marco? Because something in him agreed with Chuck that "people don't change", that once you're Slipping Jimmy then you'll be Slipping Jimmy forever...? Why did he suddenly start wondering about why he returned that money instead of keeping it for himelf? I guess your entire opinion of Jimmy/Saul, as was the case for Walter, depends on how you answer this question, why did Jimmy not take the right path? Weakness? Anger? "I'll show you all suckers!"? Or was it all Chuck's fault? Was Jimmy in the end free to choose, and did he made a free moral choice here, or were his emotions, and ultimately his choice, pre-determined, based on his reaction to events -- Chuck's betrayal, Marco's death? That's the basic question of this show. Why did Jimmy choose as he chose?...

Welcome to the “Chuck McGill sucks” club, your card will be arriving in 10-20 business days. 😉 My food gang name would be either Pasta or Bread related. I would like it to be something that has the potential to sound cool like Cavatappi, but I know myself and would probably end up as White Bread….

This show always subverts your expectations, every time you think you know where it's going to go next it won't, just enjoy the ride.

I'm stoked for star trek *switches to Mickey Mouse* Oh Boy!

When are you coming back to better call Saul

I disagree that Chuck is responsible for EVERYTHING. People have their own agency. Jimmy is held back by Chuck yes, but their relationship is soooo tainted by Jimmy constantly slipping back into being a criminal. Chuck is a douche yes but trying to paint characters into black and white is not going to fly in this show

Man, the closest thing I can relate to on this is helping my own brother get a job in software engineering without the bachelor's degree in computer science I earned. But he has actually worked much harder on his education than I did, it just turned out that career opportunities as a classical musician with a master's degree in music are much harder to get. So in contrast to Chuck here, I'm super proud of my brother for landing a job in my field and glad I was able to help him learn enough to do so.
