Naruto

A nine-year-old Naruto rolled out of the way of the fireball as he tried to form another wind strike.

"No fair, Korra, you said you'd only use water! Fire is cheating!" Naruto said as Korra turned the attack into ice and flung it in shards at Naruto, who dived into the snow.

"Not my fault you can't handle fire!" Korra yelled back; Naruto sighed in annoyance and threw another Air Attack at Korra, who dodged it before launching more fireballs at him.

The two weren't having some fight to the death or a sparring march between masters. The two were playing. Naruto sighed and threw a blast of air at Korra as he threw another wind blade.

Korra dodged the air blast, but the wind blade knocked her back as Naruto continued his attack with air blasts, trying to keep her on the defensive.

"Even the Avatar isn't unstoppable, Korra!" Naruto yelled, grinning before Korra kicked up snow and sent them flying in a hail of Ice at Naruto.

"Cheater!" Naruto huffed. He dusted off his parka and frowned at Korra before shaking the Snow off his head.

"Not my fault I'm a better Bender, Naruto!" Korra said; Naruto sighed and walked over toward Korra. His crystal Blue eyes met her blue eyes.

"Ow, you hit harder than last time, Korra... You're getting much better, ow." Naruto stated. He rubbed his arms in pain before smiling. The Airbender was happy to play with Korra, even if he lost once or twice.

"Yeah, Katara is making me better at fighting. She wants me to get better at healing tomorrow, so that's cool! Maybe we can fight again if you get better at Airbending." Korra stated with a smirk; Naruto stuck his tongue out at the young Avatar.

Kora grabbed his tongue, and Naruto blushed before trying to kick Korra back, who laughed before he managed to hit her with snow playfully.

"Stop doing that! You always do that when I stick my tongue out! It's not funny!" Naruto yelled. He glared at Korra, who smiled before Naruto turned away in sadness.

"Katara said you won't come back after tomorrow. The guys in robes are taking you away for training or something. We can't play again after this." Naruto said; Korra's eyes widened.

They couldn't do that. She liked the South. If she left, she couldn't play with Naruto and have fun.

"Then I'll make them let me stay! I can train here. I'm already good with Waterbending, I just need to learn Firebending and Earth over here, and then I can work on Airbending!" Korra yelled; Naruto shook his head and smiled.

"No, you have to be the Avatar and fight Korra. I am going to train. You need to learn how to fight bad guys... All I want is a promise, Korra." Naruto stated. Korra nodded; Naruto smiled and took off his glove, and put some water on his hand.

"Pinky, promise you won't forget me. I'm going to help you fight bad guys when I'm older, and we will save the world, deal?" Naruto asked. Korra tore off her glove and shook pinkies with Naruto, smiling proudly.

"Pinky promise!" Korra said before Naruto blasted an air attack with his mouth, messing up her hair; Korra gasped before Naruto turned and ran.

"Naruto, GET BACK HERE SO I CAN KICK YOUR BUTT!" Korra yelled before chasing after Naruto. She laughed as Naruto slid down a hill.

"Catch me if you can, Korra!" Naruto yelled as he rolled to the bottom and ran away. Korra slid down after him and launched a wave of water at Naruto. She watched him roll and keep going.

"Naruto!" Korra yelled before running faster to try and tackle Naruto. He turned and splashed water at her.

"Naruto!" Korra yelled before tackling Naruto as both rolled through the snow down the hill.

Both crashed into the snow; Naruto started to laugh before Korra joined him.

Naruto felt as if something was tearing him apart; his eyes, his arms, everything was burning; he screamed from the pain; he knew Korra was calling him, but all he could see was Red; Naruto let out a loud scream, causing the whole place to start shaking, people started running away from him, everyone was afraid of what was happening except Korra who stood there and didn't want to leave him.

"Naruto, please listen to me," Korra pleaded, trying to reach him. Naruto covered his face with his hands as his eyes turned blood red, his nails grew, his whiskers grew, and his teeth grew, looking like a demon.

"Korra, Leave ME. I AAAAAHHHHH." as his whole body was covered in red mass, Korra couldn't see anything; the wind wave threw her across the room, slamming against the wall; she felt her head spinning, sharp pain at the back of her head, her eyes slowly opening, only focusing on Naruto, who was still screaming m, she tried to stand up, suddenly feeling someone trying to help her up.

"Korra, we need to Leave," Mako shouted at her face; she hardly heard what he said; looking around, Amon and Tarrlok were looking at Naruto with wide grins.

Standing up, she tried to walk toward Naruto when Mako grabbed her arm, stopping her from approaching him. She turned her face at him, ready to shout at him to leave her alone.

"You can't help Him. We Need to Leave NOW," Mako shouted, himself feeling the malice around the air, strong enough that make some people fall to the ground.

"I Can Help Him," Korra shouted before yanking his arm away, turning to Naruto when he suddenly let out a mighty roar.

Korra shielded herself and Mako with earth bending; the wave suddenly disappeared. Instead, Korra could feel a constant heat around.

Looking at where Naruto was standing, instead standing on his four, with three tails behind his back.

"Naruto," she whispered in shock as Naruto's eyes noticed her. A smirk grew on his face...

Tenzin

Tenzin was offering a cup of tea to Mister and Miss Sato, he was cursing himself for not calling Naruto, but his nephew was playing with Asami outside. The two were inseparable; whenever he went to Sato's home or the other way around, Asami and Naruto would always play together. Knowing they were the only two children around, Tenzin couldn't blame them. Still, right now, he wished Naruto had prepared the tea. His tea was the creation of the god.

Tenzin couldn't remember once when Naruto's tea hadn't calmed him down. As his wife poured the steaming tea into the cups, Miss Sato grabbed a spoon and mixed the liquid with honey, same for Mister Sato.

"Master Tenzin, you said you have a plan for the new school?" Mister Sato got straight to the point, his voice with a hint of excitement, something that happened whenever they talked about businesses.

Yasuko sent an angry look toward him. "Can you not talk about Business at least for once?" She asked, annoyed at her husband, who smiled.

"This is who I am, my dear, but you're right, Tenzin; let's postpone this discussion for later. How is Naruto doing?" Sato reluctantly accepted before asking Tenzin.

"Naruto is fine. His airbending lessons are going better than I was hoping. He's smart and has shown to have a good head on his shoulders." Tenzin praised his nephew as he took a sip of tea. The kid had shown intelligence in planning and even politics; Tenzin was already thinking of extending the material he was studying. One day he could become the next councilman and perhaps do an even better job than he had done.

Sato looked intrigued by his words, already thinking of ways they could benefit from him, using his mind to create new things.

"In fact, the school plan I wanted to show you is something he thought of," Tenzin added, putting down the cup of tea and laying it on the table.

Tenzin showed Sato the plan, and the man was astounded by what he was reading. The kid genuinely surprised him. He thought that someone like Naruto, with the right studies, could become the next big man in terms of creating something perhaps even better than their automobiles, but before he could ask Tenzin how could an eleven years old child come up with such plans, they all froze in their seats when a wave of cold, dark and anger feeling spreading everywhere.

The sound of the windows shattering around the temple and the tables flying around made them all break from their shock.

"Asami and Naruto are outside!" Yasuko shouted in fear; Tenzin wasted no time jumping through a broken window. The malice feeling around the air was almost suffocating him. He felt his body shaking, and his forehead sweating; whatever was happening wasn't something Tenzin could handle alone, but he didn't stop to think for himself; instead, he kept moving forward.

The closer he got, the more intense the feeling of malice; looking up at the sky, he almost gasped to see that the sky itself had taken a shade of dark red. Even the moon looked red.

Finally reaching the place, Tenzin froze where he stood; there they were; Asami was bleeding from her head, her hand covering the small wound just above her eyebrow, but what caught his attention were the five bodies torn to shreds, and Naruto standing on all his four, with two tails behind his back.

Now, Tenzin and everyone else could do nothing but watch in fear as Naruto's body was engulfed in a red mass, standing in his four, with three tails behind his back. Every window around the place had shattered, and Asami was bleeding on the ground. Unmoving, her face had to turn pale as the pressure around them caused the concrete to start creaking before exploding from the pressure, the debris flying everywhere, and the structure itself was shaking as the pressure increased.

Korra felt as if the bones of her body would snap at any second, her arms in front of her face to block the wind, her eyes watching as Amon and Tarrlok did something to their own bodies before focusing their might on Naruto.

The pressure stopped, the wind and the malice disappeared, and for a moment, Korra felt a flicker of hope in her body, but that hope was blown away like a candle in winter.

"H-He's moving!!" Tarrlok screamed in terror. For the first after so many years, he felt genuine Fear as Naruto moved his head to look at him with the most terrifying smile she had ever seen.

"Try Again!" Amon shouted. His calmness and collection had all disappeared from his voice as they focused on Naruto again... Where's Naruto? Korra found herself asking where he stood. A second was nothing but a blast of smoke, and a scream filled the night.

Korra didn't see him moving, yet, there he was, standing on his fours where Tarrlok had been a moment later. The Avatar hadn't been able to catch him moving. Korra couldn't move; everything was telling her to run away, to run away as far as possible, yet, her arms and legs just refused to move. From the corner of her eyes, she noticed that Asami was still lying on the ground, motionless.

Another scream filled the room, and her blue eyes saw...Tarrlok!? If it weren't for his clothes, she doubted that she would recognize the man who was desperately trying to stand up. His right arm was no more, instead only a small chunk hanging by skin and tissue. The blood was dripping, and his face was no more. Instead, there were three huge slash marks across his entire face, his nose had all but disappeared, his right eye was gone, his left was hanging by a thread of tissue out of his eyehole, and his lower jaw was gone, as he kept grunting and screaming, the blood just wasn't stopping, Korra wondered how the man was even alive.

"Tarrlok, Don't you Dare," Amon screamed in horror for his brother as he ran forward towards his brother. With all his might, he extended his arms toward Naruto.

Using his Bloodbending, his entire strength to stop this monster, and Naruto stopped moving, he simply stood in front of the dying Tarrlok, but he made no move to strike him. The malice feeling and the pressure disappeared again. Seeing the opportunity, Jinora slowly moved towards Asami.

For a moment, Korra felt hopeful again when Naruto let out a maniac laugh. "That's it?"

Before Amon could do anything, Naruto punched his brother in the chest. The strength alone sent him flying before smashing against the Wall. His body was no longer moving, his back was shattered, and his rib cage had been smashed.

Naruto then turned to face the others. Her blue eyes looked at his red ones. She couldn't see Naruto anymore. He was no more, he only looked like him, but he wasn't him.

"Everyone Run." Tenzin suddenly shouted, his voice seeming to make everyone suddenly move again as the children started running away; Jinora used her Air Bending to carry Asami away, and Tenzin guarded the door.

"Korra, we need to leave," Tenzin shouted, knowing Naruto was too far gone right now. Only a miracle could save them.

"No," Korra shouted; instead of backing away in fear, she locked eyes with Naruto.

"I will bring him back." Korra declared with all her heart. Her childhood friend had always been there for her. She would be there for him this time, she decided before bending the ground beneath him, making him descend beneath, before bending the ceiling above. Surprisingly Naruto made no move to dodge as the entire ceiling fell on top of him. For a moment, there was silence; Korra wondered if Naruto was alright as Amon was backing away.

"He's still Alive." Amon suddenly said. Before Korra could ask him how he knew that, a giant red hand came out from the ground, gripping Amon and lifting him in the air. The ceiling that had fallen on Naruto was blown away by a roar.

Amon desperately tried to move, using his Blood Bending to bend his arm, but it seemed it couldn't do even that much. The door blasted open, entering what seemed every soldier of the Equalist.

"Protect The Leader." They shouted, raising their swords and running towards Naruto, who smiled, happy to see more of them.

"No. Lyanna, Run Away." Amon shouted desperately at one woman with black hair who jumped at Naruto with a raised sword, but the blade of each of them broke like a matchstick.

"My Turn," Naruto said with a low menacing tone, sounding like Naruto, but his voice was much more profound.

With a roar, a wind wave blasted away everything around him. Korra was sent flying before hitting a wall, her back was burning in pain, but Korra forced herself to stand up. It seemed the soldiers didn't want to give up, and Korra could only watch as Naruto tore them all to shreds with his big hands and high speed. To Korra's eyes was all a blur, a blur of blood and gore, as arms, legs, torsos, and heads were ripped apart.

A lake of blood flowed through the stairs that led to the center of the stadium they were in.

Korra only now noticed that the only soldier left was the woman with black hair. Her left hand was broken, and she could barely carry the sword, as she used a chair nearby to stand up.

"Please, not her," Amon begged, trying desperately to free himself from the prison. Naruto smirked in satisfaction. Just as he was about to smash the woman against a wall, a blast of wind sent him flying.

"Tenzin!" Korra shouted in surprise. The old man kept looking at his nephew, Amon, and the women were lying motionless on the ground.

"You two leave, Now," Tenzin ordered the two. The woman nodded before helping Amon to stand up.

"Korra, I need you to use your Avatar State. With the strength we have, we don't stand a chance." Tenzin spoke grimly as Naruto slowly walked towards them.

"You think. I can defeat him in the Avatar State?" Korra asked, hoping that the strength of the previous Avatars could help her as she stood beside Tenzin.

"No." He answered right away, much to Korra's shock.

"But you might be able to hold him down long enough until he runs out of energy," Tenzin said grimly. Knowing Naruto getting tired was probably their best shot.

Korra gulped, ready to face Naruto, but he disappeared from view again in not even a blink. Naruto was right in front of them, and with a mighty roar, he sent them both flying.

Korra almost screamed in pain. Her left arm was dislocated, and her blue eyes went to Tenzin, who was lying unconscious on the ground. Surprisingly he wasn't that injured, as Naruto slowly moved towards him. Knowing he could do something he would regret for the rest of his life, Korra had every bit of energy to stop this.

"No. Stop This, Naruto." Korra screamed as her eyes turned white.

With strength she had never felt before, Korra shook the entire area; moving her feet, a column suddenly ascended from the ground, smashing Naruto's chest. Just as he fell on the ground, Korra slammed her hands into the ground, making the earth below Naruto ascend before Korra, for the first time, sent a Wind blade that made him smash against a wall before the entire structure fell on top of him. Still, Naruto freed himself with a roar, making all the debris fly away.

His eyes looked up at Korra floating in the air. She had made sure Tenzin was safe from the debris. She moved her arms, and she could feel everything around her. A ring of water formed around Korra before a Ring of Fire was formed on top of it, and then rocks started orbiting around Korra, and finally, a sphere of wind formed around Korra like a shield.

"I will bring back Naruto," Korra promised.
