In Love WIP Color Study (Patreon)

A little sample of what I'm currently working on. The image is intentionally small right now 'cause I wanted to focus on colors (and a bit of texture) and avoid getting stuck on details.
I want to keep the background very loose and painterly, and concentrate the detail on the  characters so they pop up.
I really wanna push the traditional look on this one and I think I'm 90% happy with the choices I've made so far.
