This was the only episode I gave a 10/10 for so far. They made Henry & Sam's relationship seem that much closer in the live-action series. You even think about the possibility of them making it to Wyoming safely with Henry & Sam meeting new people. This shit damn near brought me to tears and I played the game before.

It’s so cool that none of those infected in that scene were cgi. All of them were actors with practical makeup including the bloater 😭

Yea there's an easter egg for those who played the game. The drawing in the tunnels on the wall that says "our protectors" with a guy named Ish being one of them is a reference to the notes you would read in the game. He was the first survivor that was forced to settle in the sewers after his boat got destroyed. He met a family nearby and they eventually started a community with the kids in the safehouse underground. At some point, the safehouse was flooded with infected and only a few managed to escape. That would explain why that clicker was a child. This gives you an idea on the different groups that were just trying to survive the outbreak as well.

So this show is going to have us crying EVERY episode....got it. FEDRA put the infected underground instead of killing them?? FEDRA had to t know that the longer they live the stronger/worse they become, That decision was beyond stupid.

This episode was amazing, I loved the action with the clickers, Tasha's reaction to the clicker battle was awesome LOL. I thought we'd get Henry and Sam for a little longer but I was wrong, their ending was sad.

FEDRA may not have known it at the time. Remember this would have been maybe 5yrs after the outbreak first happened. They probably didn't have information about how the infected change over time back then that they have now. But yeah, dumb move by them. Sorta like how companies use to dump toxic waste not considering the longer-term consequences. But I blame Kathleen Karen more than anything. Perry showed her something was up and she completely turned a blind eye to it. And now they are all fucked.
