Yamamoto is the captain of squad 1, Sasakibe was his lieutenant. Also yes, multiple visored are now captains, they showed at the end of fullbring arc too.

There are 13 Court Squads (Gotei 13) in the Soul Society. The captain of Squad 1 is the Head Captain, and that’s Old Man Yamamoto. Sasakibe was his lieutenant/assistant captain, the one who got hit with a sword last episode in the office, but yes, Squad 1 just consists of Yamamoto now Also yes Harribel (Espada #3) never died, and she took over Hueco Mundo after Aizen was defeated. Her main subordinates, the Tres Bestias, didn’t die either because Yamamoto showed them mercy when they “fought” him

This arc of Bleach is uncensored because it comes out at midnight in Japan. Otherwise it would've been censored like the previous arcs which would've been disappointing since it's so bloody. Regarding Urahara, He can go to the soul society again, he just chooses to stay in the Human world as an ally to the soul society also I don't know if y'all remember but Nel's stuck in her child form because of the crack in her mask that causes her to leak spiritual pressure so she can't maintain her true form. OH and during the funeral scene in the manga, Byakuya gave a eulogy that was unfortunately cut. It really helped show what kind of person Lieutenant Sasakibe was and how dedicated he was to the Head captain. I liked how they added that new scene of Harribel telling Nel and her group to leave Hueco Mundo though.

Lieutenant Sasakibe that died he could do bankai and used it for the first time in battle and died which they cut from the funeral part which was supposed to tell you that in Byakuya's eulogy for him which they cut. He could have been a captain but choose not to and stayed a lieutenant for the head captain out of loyalty to the head captain.
