Yeah Bleach is pretty heavily censored in the anime. Rangikus organs were damn near spilling out. Also when Ishida Uryuu had his arm grabbed by Ulquiorra instead of just breaking his arm it was completely torn off in the manga. Censorship is actually a legitimate worry for when Bleach comes back on in October. Hope they can air it in a later time slot or whatever they need to do to actually show everything like it's suppose to look.

Tasha's right, the only Lieutenants with Bankai are Renji, and then Ikakku (he's third seat tho). Captains all have Bankai except Kenpachi, he got captain because he was able to defeat the previous kenpachi/captain.
