I'm confused is that bad to watch opening that spoils a bit? I thought it's purpose was to get us excited and intense to look forward too?. just curious

Yammy Lost his arm to Ichigo when he was first introduced but ichigo's inner hollow caused him to lose the fight so Yoruichi and Kisuke had to save them and Yoruichi was the one who beat up Yammy so that was what he was recovering from. Chad lost immediately to Yammy and had to be healed by Orihime and that same fight was when Orihime's attack ability was destroyed originally because it couldn't pierce Yammy's skin but it was restored by Hachi the Vizard like right before she was kidnapped. Also y'all can watch the ending to this season because it's just random stuff that isn't relevant to the show at all

2023-04-22 18:00:27 The openings for 262-291 (chAngE by Miwa) & 292-316 (Ranbu No Melody by SID) show MAJOR/HUGE/GIGANTIC spoilers as to what is coming up in the episodes/arc (Especially 292-316). It's a pity, cos those are 2 of my fave themes/openings, but as someone who also hates spoilers of any kind, it's better they skip them. I hope they'll go back and watch them later.

A couple of years back I made a point to stop watching anime openings, particularly shonen animes. I can't speak for anyone else, but for me when they show the characters, fights, and villains, it's major spoilers so I rather not know ahead of time and enjoy being surprised.

In terms of spoiler giveaways, I think the 2 openings I mentioned above (Op 11 & 12) are the worst. The music and visuals in each are excellent, but unlike the other openings, which were no big deal re: spoilers; these 2 give away major plot points and reveals. I remember watching Op 12 when it first ran, and spotting an enormous moment I truly did not want to see. I was literally yelling at the screen and was enraged for a week. I hoped it was a misdirect, but it wasn't and I was mad all over again. I wasn’t even slowing the video down or going frame-by-frame. As observant as Tre & Tasha are, they are going to see all kinds of spoilers – and those spoilers are stressful! After 61 episodes of fillers in a less than a year and a half (63, if you include the 2 back-to-back flashback/review episodes) at critical points in the main storyline -- that had already been frustratingly dragged out/slowed down because the anime kept catching up to the manga -- Bleach HQ had to know they were working their fans' last nerves. (Though the Captain Amagai arc had a few interesting plot points {not enough to react to}, and the Tales of Zanpakuto arc is actually very good and semi-canon) Maybe they reckoned they had to give away a little more of a peek of the action than they normally would to lure fans in to keep watching. Either way, wise choice for T&T to skip/look away for now.
