I don't like dystopian movies/shows/novels, especially when theirs no hope. But this was bananas. Never been a Hawkeye/Clint fan.. especially the one from the movies, so how he ended I would've liked to happen in the movies. The Watcher don't have any choice in the matter, this time. I like the fact that this episode shows us in flashback on how Ultron got the stones from the end of last episode. If this was in the live action movies...omg! This would've been epic on the movie theater screen. I can't wait for next week's episode. This was really good. And looks like it's going to connect to the multiverse of madness (possibly). Makes me want to get the what if..? comics and re-read them. It's been years. Great reaction Tre and Tasha.

The universe is the same as ours only he had one against the avengers, the one where he showed up last time is just thors party universe.

LaMark Barnes

The watcher was already aware peep when he said that universe broke his heart. I think Tasha is right and that marvel did not make a mistake it’s just that something changed with that instance of the universe.

The reason Clint and Natasha were alive is because they were hiding. Ultron's sentries were scouting and if they found someone, they would report back to the Hive Mind (Ultron) in 90 seconds. That's why they kept timing how long it took them to kill them. As long as they killed the sentries before they could report back to the Hive Mind and didn't use any tech that had digital code, Natasha and Clint remained undetected. And yeah, the Watcher was already aware of the world where Ultron won (he can see all of space and time simultaneously, sort of like the TVA in Loki). What threw him off was seeing this Ultron appear in Party Thor's world, because they're not of the same universe. This episode was him essentially trying to understand what happened, which filled in the blanks of how Ultron went from destroying his universe to being able to traverse the multiverse and appear at the end of last week's episode.

Frantix

So you saying like he saw the future of Infinite Ultron popping up in Party Thor’s universe last episode and he actually lived through the experience and learned how it happened this episode?

Snooky

I don't know if I like them killing Tony every damn episode. Where's the timeline where my man gets to grow old?

Gio Bellisario

I was just shook the whole beginning it’s starting to feel more and more cannon every one trying to break the multiverse

Lauren

Thank You for this comment. I couldn’t figure out how to put it into words

That means the Watcher even though he’s a god or like god level, he’s still bound to the forces of time. He saw the future but didn’t know how that future occurred until now. He was really more surprised of the power of Ultron and how he was able to see and find him. If that’s how it is, it makes more sense. He didn’t know the full details of Ultron popping in Party Thor’s universe when he saw him the first time. Now he unfortunately knows.

during the last scene last week, I have a feeling that showing The Watcher 'blink' is significant in some way. I don't think The Watcher is watching all universes simultaneously. I think the Vision vs Party Thor fight will be next week because Thor, Loki, and his crew will put up a fight. The Vision wouldn't have Paul Bettany's voice because The Vision's body wasn't merged with the Jarvis A.I., It was merged with Ultron.

Right. Watchers (at least in the comics) are just very advanced cosmic beings, in the same vein as Celestials. Their powers are vast and god-like, but they're bound by (most of) the same rules as everyone else.

clint and natasha was the only ones in a quinn jet ultron vision nuked the earth and there was stuff left not destroy the whole place he destroyed some planets near xandar

Kade Wilson

they should thor dead near hulk in the beginning with iron man pleading with ultron

Kade Wilson

from my perspective i think he first seen ultron vision in the thors universe and he didn’t know till he started watching the ultron wins universe but i think they my have messed up on this one. egg and chicken effect

Kendall Freeman

I believe Tasha is right but what if episode 7 actually takes place after episode 9 that is the only way the watcher could be surprised if he already thought he defeated him but that seem like a stretch love you guys

Patrick Guillaume

Ultron's voice was Ross Marquand. He plays Aaron on the Walking Dead.

Ultron is from Natasha and Clint's earth, he Nuked their earth but they survived because they were flying in the QuinJet. the nuclear bombs didn't obliterate the Earth but with the bomb damage and the radiation, I'm sure it killed almost everyone. I'm sure there are pockets of survivors.
