My drawings through the years (Patreon)

My beloved friends <3 I've received a lot of comments from people saying that my art is beautiful and they want to draw like me, and I'm really flattered and happy, but there are two things I want to say, and is that I didn't always drew like I do now, and that I know there are many things to improve yet. There are artist who make drawings way better than mine, truly beautiful pieces, and I'm just talking about anime styled drawings, because I'm nothing compared to painters, 3D artist, sculptors, animators, stop motion animators, etc. I'm just another girl doing what she can, but I hope that I'll become better and better over time.
I wanted to show you older drawings to make a comparison of how I've progressed, I started drawing digitally in 2011 but I don't have any file saved from that year.
Depression made me draw too litle, in 2018 for example, I only made 3 drawings, if it wasn't for that, probably I could have progressed quicker, but still I'm happy with what I'm doing right now. 
I know some of you draw and you think you're not good enough, but let me tell you, it is a good sign when you know you can do better. I know people who have been drawing for 10 years and they basically do the same they did 9 years ago, because they are so confident that their work is amazing, that they just never try to make it better. They stop growing.
If you think you lack a lot of talent, it is not true, what you really need is practice, keep drawing, and it's okay if you think it's not good enough, even if you were proud of it the first week and you started to find imperfections the next one, it means you're improving. It means you'll make it a little better next time, and the next after that one, and so on. And it's okay to make mistakes too!
You can reach your dreams, wether it is to make art, play an instrument, learn a language, nobody is born with the gift of knowledge, nor with a brush or a guitar. You need to try and fail, and you'll make it <3
