Patreon's Discord Bot (Patreon)

Hey Everyone,

I just found out that Patreon's Discord bot is messing up a little bit.  So, I may need to recreate the roles and/or disconnect/reconnect Discord from my Patreon to try and clean things up.  Hopefully, this won't spam everyone with notifications, but just in case it does, I wanted to give everyone a heads up should things go weird sometime this week.

Done.  Hopefully, that wasn't too bad for anyone.  Sorry for any inconvenience.  Everything looks good enough on my end.  If you're having problems on your side, let me know.
