To say that Frank and John were upset when their sons confessed that they wanted to drop out of the high school football team would be an understand. Both men were horrified, looking at their sons as if they had been replaced by strangers. Neither could understand why their son would want to give up a game they had been training their whole lives for - a game that their fathers had loved and excelled at in their own high school days? Couldn't they see that it was a direct path to a better life? Apparently not if they were willing to throw it all away, probably just to sit on their lazy asses and play video games.

The men had to tolerate the tired "it's not my dream, it's yours" from their sons and had laughed it off without even taking a moment to consider that it might be the truth. It was clear to them that their sons were misguided and narrow-minded. They needed more guidance and talk clearly wasn't cutting it anymore. They would have to take extreme action so that's precisely what Frank and John made plans to do. If their sons wouldn't listen to them and act as they were expected to then they would just have to learn their lesson the hard way.

Brayden and Caleb were more than a little surprised when they awoke in the bodies of their fathers the next day. While both Frank and John had tried to keep their bodies in good shape the years had clearly caught up to them and their days of having abs were long behind them, now replaced by soft doughy rolls that jiggled slightly as they moved. The young men were horrified by the experience but that horror would only grow stronger as they discovered what had become of their own bodies, now occupied by the overbearing fathers they had attempted to rebel against.

"It's for your own good," Frank told his son, all while he feasted on high-protein meals to ensure that Brayden's body grew to his desired size. His muscles weren't quite as firm as Frank's had been when he'd originally been his son's age but he had time to get things right. After all, he and John had agreed that there would be no switching back until the young men had learned their lessons and both had incredible stubborn streaks. Of course, they'd probably inherited that from their fathers but the older men refused to take any blame in the defiant attitude of their sons. How could they possibly be blamed for their ignorance and selfish behaviour?

John meanwhile wasn't shy about showing off Caleb's body in tight compression gear and scoring the attention of both the school's cheerleaders and the science nerds who he was toying with in order to get them to do his homework. He made no aspersions when it came to his intentions with Caleb's body and his son was forced to watch as his father enjoyed a second youth, acting just as immature and self-centered as he had all those years ago. Then again he'd always been an arrogant dick - it was why Caleb's mother had left him after all.

When the next game of the season rolled around, Brayden and Caleb found themselves sat in the stands while their fathers marched out onto the field with the rest of the team. They put on a damn good show too, proving that even thirty years later they still had the talent and determination to impress. The teens seethed as they watched their bodies out there with their former friends, even talking strategy with the coach. Even though both had wanted to leave the team they certainly hadn't wanted it to be at the expense of their bodies and now that they had been removed from them - seemingly for good - they even found themselves missing football.

Once the game was over and the sons confronted their fathers, the two older men just laughed and shook their heads. "Don't you get it? We're doing this for you! For your future!" they insisted. The younger men struggled to believe what they were told. It was pretty clear to them that the only people John and Frank were really helping were themselves and unfortunately there was very little they could actually do about it...
