A real, COMPLETE, high quality, high effort lewd rhythm game that actually manages to bring us a 1:1 legit parody experience of a franchise many of us hold dear in our hearts.

I don't know how Bomagoe managed to come up with such a great concept, which almost feels like a U-turn based on their simulation titles, that have nothing to do with this type of art style or gameplay.

Nevertheless, I feel blessed to have experienced such a fun, humorous and sexy game at the same time.

Rhythm Paradise (Google translated, no official English name yet), doesn't pull any breaks right from the beginning.
The instant you boot the game, you'll be greeted with d***s in all shapes and colors popping on screen, with the protagonist appearing holding one in her hand as well, because why the f*** not?

The main menu takes you to your first minigame, out of 9 in total, where just like in Rhythm Heaven, you'll need to beat in order to unlock the next one.
To be more precise, this game borrows its concept more from "Rhythm Tengoku", which was released later on after Rhythm Heaven.

For those who aren't familiar with Rhythm Tengoku's concept:
"Rhythm Tengoku's gameplay focuses on audio cues rather than visual cues to convey information to players. It features a number of unique stages which have their own type of rhythm and gameplay. Players follow the rhythm (in some rhythm games as a character) until the end where they are given a score based on their performance." (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rhythm_Tengoku)

Your goal is to tap the button (spacebar on keyboard) according to the audio cues.
There are 2 modes for each game:
🟢 Basic: Here you can beat the stage with the assist cues in the shape of cute little sperm soldiers marching towards the hitbox. (tap when they reach it)
🔴 Expert: A more true to the OG concept mode, where you don't have the assist cues, and must tap the button based off audio and visual cues.

I must hand it to the dev team - that the art style can really fool even the most die-hard RH fans out there, believing its a mod or a custom remix of sort. 

Each stage borrows ideas from different fetish and humorous concept, from "Sexarsize", to "Chinko Manko News", to keeping your genitals clean in an upbeat way that only this game can think of.
The stages vary in length and difficulty without a particular order. (Doesn't go from easiest to hardest)

You can technically beat the entire game just on basic mode, but you'll be missing around 50% of the unlocks.
In order to 100% the game, you'll need to beat each stage's Expert mode at around 80% accuracy, so don't worry if you mess up here and there.

Upon success you'll be greeted with a golden medal, that you can use later to unlock new characters, and a little bonus mode at the main menu to undress the main girl on the side. (you can tap on her too!)

Don't worry about picking up the game while there isn't an English translation yet.
Most of it is very intuitive, and as a non-Japanese speak myself, I had no issues whatsoever fully completing it.
Also judging from bomagoe's past releases, there might never be a translation at all, so heads up.

Every now and then I find a real gem that enters my heart with its originality and high effort.
Even though it just wants to make fun of an existing concept, Rhythm Paradise by all means is one of my top favorite games for 2022.
It nailed the entire experience in a concise, fun, sexy, and most importantly - competent way, that all I have left to say is - buy it, play it, enjoy it.

A MUST purchase, 10/10, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, you know the rest..
