[Summary]

A guy who is frequently bullied for being a scaredy-cat is forced to enter the old school building alone.
Awaiting him there in the dark depths are... inexplicable girls...
One such girl appears before him, and announces:
"If you'll play tag with my friends until 6 o'clock, I'll send you on your way without harm."

Review:

We might possibly have the very first H side-scroller horror game in existence here, and boy oh boy, what a treat it is!

I'll start with the best - the drop dead almost diselmine tier beautiful pixel art and animations.
All pixel art is blessed, but there's a level of attention to detail that can really make the artwork pop out.

So our game takes place in an abandoned school, where our hero enters to prove his bravery, but little does he know that he'll get a lot more than that, in loads, white ones.

You enter the building, and instantly greeted with a girl that have her little fun with you.
She whispers in your ear to survive until 6AM if you want to make it out alive, and off you go on your "horror" adventure.

The controls are simple: basic movement with arrows or WASD, and everything else are prompts on screen at all times.
The main concept here is to survive from an hour to an hour, avoiding all sexy females that want to "play tag" with you.

You can get caught up to 2 times, and receive a game over screen on the 3rd.
Thankfully there are health pick-ups lying around to help you out.

In addition, you can also pick up a bunch of other useful items:
Water for stamina, battery to recharge your flashlight, a stopwatch to freeze enemies in their place, a metalgear style box to hide in plain sight, and a special charm to freeze the jumping zombie in place (Jiang-Shi).
Keep in mind that only 2 items can be held at a time, so use them sparingly, since you'll get new ones to pick up every hour.

The further you progress each night, the more intense the game will become, with newly added girls, that also become more aggressive.
Each girl got her own behavior that you'll need to pay attention to if you want to avoid them successfully.

It is highly recommended to play with a headset on, or loud enough speakers to hear all the sound cues that will alert you to incoming danger and plan ahead.

I really like the gameplay here, (I actually like that there's actual gameplay!) since the game successfully managed to create an immersive tense feeling with the right mix of tense sound effects and spooky atmosphere.
I mean, It's true that there's no real "horror" when all you get for getting caught is more service from 10/10 girls, but when you're focusing at survival, then the tension becomes more real.

Those of you who don't have the patience to sit through the whole experience, because still, every "hour" is 6 minutes, with some downtime in-between, then lucky for you - the ENTIRE gallery is unlocked from the instant you boot the game!
Although if only that's what you're after, then you'll truly be missing out on this gem.
