PinkPeach & WhitePeach (Circles)

It's time to finally wrap these two bad boys together after all of their releases.
Although I may as well refer to them as one, since both studios use the exact same art style and game mechanics across all of their games.

I'm not entirely sure what happened down the road to PinkPeach after the release of ~Azur King~, as I couldn't find any information, but it's probably safe to assume that they had some sort of internal dispute that ended up splitting the staff into two studios.
PinkPeach is no longer active since Azur's release, but will still be covered as all of their projects share the same umbrella.

Alright, enough technicalities! Lets talk about what we really came for:

The Peach studios "expert" at Action (ACT) titles.
Most of their projects use a repeating formula of controlling a badass Heroine that uses multiple weapons, progressing through each game by going through monsters infested zones in a straight line horizontal platforming style.

Some of them work better than others. There's the usual jank that accompanies these type of games, but thankfully nothing extreme.
All titles in my opinions are worth playing at least once to a varying degree of entertainment value.

The highlight of all of their projects however without exception is the beautiful artwork.
ALL H content is animated! There are generally two types of scenes for most games - gameplay heroine model "assault" whenever she gets captured by getting knocked out / down, and a game over screen that goes into greater detail for that specific scene.

The Peach studios are some of the very few ones out there that put this kind of double effort into H content, and honestly as an Action titles fan - this was a no brainer for me to recommend for the overall high production. (all relative to the rest of the scene)

So originally I didn't even plan to cover these studios entirely. I actually saw WP's latest release "Faux Saint Heretic Hunting" on the 31st of March and expected the same length and depth of their last title "The Shadow of Yidhra", only to my surprise I've beaten it in less than 15 minutes with a pretty shallow and straight forward gameplay.

Faux plays almost exactly like "Summon of Asmodeus", only with somewhat better coding and less jank, but overall there really isn't much to write home about, and damn, SoA was actually three or four times longer too.
Thankfully however, the artwork and animations were still a joy to look at, so I can't complain too much.

Two other titles I haven't reviewed due to their short length and basic gameplay:

Treasure Hunter Corps: I actually kinda liked this one - you control a squad of 4 female characters, each with their own abilities (upgradeable).
There are multiple biomes, and the main concept is to clear waves of enemies until you take down the boss at the end.

You can only control one of the characters, and only have one special and one attack move.
With that being said, it's a fun little game that is probably more suited to smartphones with the way its designed. (chibi characters on a field, two attack buttons + movement)

As always, the art doesn't disappoint. It includes mostly capture related themes, so expect some torturing and other scenes along the lines. (no gore!)

~necromancy~ Emily's Escape: An interesting escape game, as you don't really see many of those.
"A certain group of rookie adventurers is on a mission to get and provide
information about the hidden necromancer. While Emily and her comrades
investigate around the forest, she is separated from them when confronted by an enemy.
Losing herself in the forest, she tries to find an escape looking for the comrades."

This short dev summary pretty much covers the plot.
You control Emily, who is constantly on a run without the ability to attack other than summoning her partner when possible to take out enemies.

The game creates a constant sense of danger and helplessness, because, well.. you can't really do much other than take cover and run for your life.
Without spoiling, the ending has a nice gut punch, actually the whole story is just depressing but it a good way that fits the narrative if that makes sense.

Without further need to elaborate, artwork and animations are pretty sweet as the rest of Peach games.

2. ~necromancy~ Emily's Escape
3. Treasure chest Corps
