Review:

An action X line tower defense game, where you control Eltrise's movement and actions by either swinging your sword, using skills, casting spells, or summoning units.

As you progress you'll gain experience and gold, that both can be used to either upgrade your personal stats, your skills, or your troops.

Overall Princess Defender promotes a gameplay that you don't see in the H scene, and for that alone it deserve extra points for trying something new and actually thinking about providing interesting gameplay and not just shallow experience as an excuse to publish adult content.

I did enjoy the tower defense aspect to a degree. The grind kinda put me off however, and to be fair I always feel that the moment grind is involved in any game, it only serves as content gatekeeping so pad the time spent on the game.

The animated CG H Content was done on Live2D, and I personally found it to be very well done. It also have voice acting for Eltrise all the way through. Definitely the good stuff right here.
