Do adult game creators have their games to sell on Steam platform, or do you suggest the adult game platform as a single game platform like a browser. I have had a friend too confused to share his library on the Steam deck.

There are quite a few adult game on steam, but you have to search for them under the "sexual content" filter tag. Also, steam isn't the best at protecting your identity when it comes to your purchases and will just tell your entire friends list know what you just dl-ed (even if you are "invisible" on your friends list, or mark the game as "hidden"). My friends all know me well enough to expect some "spicy" titles to pop up, but others may want to make a second account if you don't want to explain your recent purchase to friends and family ;)
