There are a few adult mods for Stardew valley, I haven't played with them myself, but they are well endorsed on Nexus. Xtardew Valley is the first one that comes to mind, Make Love has some promise, and seems to have options for a female farmer with male romancables. LewdDew Valley is currently a work in progress, with M/F complete, and now working on F/M. How hard is it to install everything and get it to work? Those are my biggest issue with the Sims and Skyrim.

Fairly simple with a mod manager, though compatibility errors are still possible, and some mods do not play well with other mods that change the same thing. Easier than with Skyrim, though I also am not sure that one plays Skyrim so much as someone mods Skyrim, and then tests those mods. If you are familiar with modding, it is relatively straightforward, compared to others. I would recommend Stardew Valley SMAPI Mod Manager currently, as it is still being maintained.
