Steam does seem to have a double standard. In the AAA game Crusader Kings II characters and NPC's come of age at 16 where they can marry and be a sent to war. They can also be assassinated at any age. In fact the trailers for CKIII feature an infant being murdered in their crib. If that doesn't qualify as child exploitation I don't know what does.
