I'd think one of the most obvious ways to make an adult game broadly appealing to women would be to just gender flip the standard male heterosexual harem experience. Have a female protagonist who can pursue sexual relationships with multiple hot guys. Maybe have a smaller number than typically seen in harem games, so more effort can be put into the story and personality of each one. But the general fantasy of "multiple people I'm attracted to all want to be with me, and they're cool with me having them all at once" isn't specifically male. "Reverse harems" are popular in written erotica. I don't think I've ever seen a game in this space that has that kind of dynamic though.
