Ayumu the Baku [WIP] (Patreon)

I ad some extra time after finishing up part 4 of the private commission I've been working on the past few weeks, so I figured it was a good opportunity to work on another character ref. I was going to do Kurimu, who I technically ave a sketch of laying around, but I wanted to work with a new design concept.

What's a baku? It's a dream-eating yokai that was put together from all the spare animal parts left when the creators of the world were done making every other living creature. They're usually depicted as tapirs, but I threw in a few other creatures that I figured would gel well to give her a more beastly feel. She's certainly a little weird, but I'm really starting to love her.

All that's left to sketch is her markings. I've already got her face figured out, but I have no idea what to do with everything else.
