About Next Month's PYP, and other things (Patreon)

Evening, mates. Always good to talk to you chaps.

With the holidays coming up, my family recently got in contact with me about taking a short vacation for the holidays, on top of already coming home for about a week. Turns out this was something of a last minute issue, but I'm not one to deny leaving the area for a bit, seeing as I've basically spent the last nine months or so inside, only leaving to get art supplies or groceries. I typically only visit home for a week during the winter holiday season, seeing as I don't celebrate Thanksgiving, and I try to dedicate as much time as I can to my job as an art person, but I figured a few extra days with my family wouldn't hurt. I mean, assuming you don't mind, of course.

With this in mind, I'm going to try and finish as many current projects-- commissioned or personal-- before I leave for somewhere between ten and fourteen days, depending on when I get to my parents' house. This takes out some time that I'd usually spend on work.

Obviously, I'm not cancelling anything I've promised, as I'm not an arsehole. I'll still be delivering rewards as on time as I can during the ever hectic holiday season, sketches and custom illustrations alike, never you worry. Buuuut I'm thinking of scaling down the Pick-Your-Poison poll I had planned, which is somewhat more labor-intensive. I'm not cancelling it, of course, just thinking of doing something a little different, and smaller-- something I can complete before I leave, or right after I get back.

That's where you come in! I figured I would ask you all directly what you'd like to see in the next poll. If you have a specific idea for a theme, or something more general that I could use as a jumping-off point. Really anything will do. I figured I'd put this in your hands, seeing as I'm having to cut back a little.

Beyond that, this obviously means things will be a little slower in December. I know we'd be leaving for our destination on the 20th, so I'd be going home sometime before the 19th, and then coming back to my work station after the 25th. Aside from that, I'll keep you updated on when I'll be absent.
