WIP of Reisalin and Lumera (Patreon)

WIP! These two were the highest on the poll so I aiming to have them done by the 29th.

Reisalin is still sketchy but it shows how it'll play it.

Lumera is really far along and should be uploaded tomorrow at the earliest, mostly just variants and seggs details left.

The HSR came behind 1 vote behind Reisalin, so that most likely will be the next idea after (sorry!)
