Hiya guys, TAD here, back again, once again! Today, I have with me, the final mini-games that will be added to Northern Ruby Island! So, what do we still have in store after the other three mini-games that I showed off previous?

Well, there are still a few mini-games left that have a slight quirk to them. You see, an item that's been talked about very vaguely on Southern, but something that will be completely explained on Northern, is the Microchip.

Puck will explain it thoroughly, but it's a Tattoo on your wrist in the form of a cat that helps you against the Curse of the Cat-astrophe.

Right now, it's damaged, but with Blair's help, you can activate it.

Once it's activated, it's an animated feature on the left of your screen, as you can see in this mock-up:

It glows in either blue, orange or red depending how much energy still remains. When it passes a certain amount, the cat flinches as if taken damage and changes color. It's paramount to keep the energy of your Microchip high, since it's effectively your health bar too. Once it reaches zero, it's game over.

Now you might be thinking: ''What is my advantage of activating it?'' well, here comes the small quirk of the next few mini-games into play.

The first mini-game is very self-explanatory. Look for a flower within the given time underneath patches of snow.

The flower is hidden randomly underneath a patch of snow. Once you find the flower, the mini-game ends.

The advantage in this (and the other mini-games) is that when the Microchip is activated, the timer will be visible, giving you a heads-up when the time runs out. Not only that, but the timer will be twice as long when you've activated the Microchip. If you're able to click fast, this almost always ensures you'll complete the mini-game without dying.

The following mini-game follows the same rule:

In this one, you have to find a hidden item. You do so by using your Microchip and shooting a laser towards the point you've clicked on. The laser will either be red, orange or green depending how close you are. Once you've clicked on the hidden item, you finish the mini-game successfully!

Finally, we have a mini-game where you have to avoid the waves coming your way.

This one is basically avoiding until the timer runs out to beat it successfully. If you get hit, you take damage as seen by the Microchip changing color.

And those are all new mini-games that will be added! :D I hope y'all are looking forward to it! We're steadily creeping closer to a release. I've got pretty good hope that the remaining UI assets will be done by next week and that all of the new UI will be in place at the end of the month. That means only Mittens and these Mini-Games need to be implemented, still! :3

Next week, I'll talk about one of the more important additions to the game. It's called Feline Seduction and people who've played Northern before should be familiar with it. See y'all then, stay safe!

It's awesome ! I who have never played the second part of the game, I did not know what to expect. I didn't think there would be so much variety. The wait will be long for next week!
