Safer envelopes coming starting next wave! (Patreon)

I just had the third report of envelopes arriving damaged and with tokens missing and just wanted to let you know that I'll be switching to padded envelopes for all tiers with the next wave. Also, if your care package arrives damaged or with stuff missing, please message me here or send me some pictures of the damage at algenpfleger@gmail.com so I can learn more about the problem. I'll also work out a solution that makes you happy if some of your tokens didn't arrive.

I know it's a function thing, and that is probably a better idea all around, but I'm gonna miss the custom envelopes we get now :(

Make that four. :( The last one that was sent out for this month (8?), had a hole in the envelope and none of the cards made it. The previous wave before this one had the same issue, however it came in a plastic bag noting the damage. By some miracle, all 20 survived with minor damage. But because of the damage, wave 7 arrived very late (a week ago). Whereas, the wave 8 arrived today empty handed. I can e-mail you photos if you'd like. Not sure if you want to go an extra step, but I line my edges of envelopes with packaging tape. It helps a ton, because even padded envelopes can have rip damage too. Hope that helps you too!

Mine also arrived today with damage. Envelope was ripped and crumpled. It looks like all 20 cards are here but some of them definitely have some indentation marks. Hope to see this improve in the future.

Mine arrived today with 13 cards missing (supposed to be 40) and one card and one postcard bent.

Hey Nicole, I just sent out a batch of new tokens to you as replacement for the lost ones in the last wave. Sorry about that, I'm using safer envelopes from now on, even if they won't have the little ghost on them :( Thanks for your patience! :) And yes please do email me some pictures if you can, the more I know about it the better :)

Sorry about that, I just today got a shipment of brand new sturdy padded envelopes so the tokens will be a lot safer from now on :)
