Chapter 1 - Part 3: Update #4 (Patreon)

Small progress update to let you know where I am. 

The Premier is close at hand. I am wrapping up everything before it starts. I have some pathing that comes before this depending on routes. So there is plenty going on in this part. By the end of this week I expect to be fully done up to the actual Premier. So the team will be getting their third update. I do expect within the next month or two to be completely done with this part.
