I got into comics as a writer, not as an artist.  I started drawing comics because I couldn't find anyone willing to draw for me (this was before I discovered DevArt).  So I wrote a lot of scripts when I was in high school and college.  Here is a sample of how I structure a script.

Note: Usually I don't need to be this detailed as I have a pretty clear picture of what will go into the page, but still, this is how I do it.
