Weekly Update 09.02.2019... (Patreon)

…Last week was a good one, with two new pages and a productive bout of writing and sketching! I’ve got a nice catalog of ideas to work with (I'll never be lacking things to draw) and two new page designs scribbled out and ready for proper sketches. Very excited to get to work!

The first page of Chapter 3 goes up on the web this week! Two pages a week is the plan, and as it stands, there should be no problem getting two consistent posts from now through the beginning of December. October is going to be a crazy busy month, but I’ve got a nice big, 13 page buffer ready for that, along with a few stand alone images, ready to go. Two pages a week. So excited!

Maybe someday I’ll get up to three. How cool would that be? >:D

Sunday I got to run a Call Of Cthulhu game for the creator of DramaCon, Svetlana Chmakova! I enjoy her work a lot (particularly Nightschool) and she definitely had an influence on my writing style, so this was a big deal for me! We played a version of the classic Paper Chase scenario, which I had to drum up a bit as there were three players and the scenario was designed for one). While they didn’t get the best ending, they all survived, and only one of them wound up in Arkham Asylum (and successfully fast-talked their way out). It was definitely the most compact game I’ve ever run (I didn’t even wear my suit and fedora) with only three handouts. It was a good time though!

Okay, I’ve got a few more hours of work to go, a few errands to run and then…I get to draw! Super excited to share the next two pages with you guys! They are going to be fun! Lots to look forward to, so have a great week!
