Weekly Update 01.07.19... (Patreon)

Happy New Year Everyone!

Started the year off with a few days on the road, but I’m back now and excited to get some work done! I managed to sketch up some nice thumbnails for pages, pics and some other fun things to look forward to.

 My travels this weekend clocked in at 1411 miles, which is the most I’ve driven since summer (I slept very well last night). Took me to some interesting places, including an old western mining town (might post some pics here later this week). Wound up staying with some friends for a night, so I ran a Call of Cthulhu campaign for them. Probably the best game I’ve ever run! They’d played DnD plenty of times so getting started didn’t take long, but didn’t know anything about Call of Cthulhu, so they were not mentally or emotionally prepared. It. Was. Great!

So the plan for the rest of the week:

1) Keep plugging away at Amazon and Black Label. Gonna finish a page of one or the other.

2) Transform a warm up sketch into a finished image (nothing fancy, just a toned B/W pic).

3) Start getting some stuff posted on DevArt, HF, and all the other Social Media locations (I think New Grounds is gonna have to wait because I’ve been unable to post anything thus far. Not sure what the issue is).
