...a panel from my upcoming book with Scattered Comics...BORN!

If you've followed my old account on DevArt, then you know BORN was a story idea involving Japanese mythology that I really wanted to pursue.  Unfortunately, I had to shelve it at the time.  Now it's back!

I drew this panel to figure out how I was going to tone the monster.  A Hiderigami (日照り神 "god of drought") yokai from Japanese mythology (Yokai are demons, ghosts, and monsters).  Basically, a fire demon.

Will hopefully be posting the first page soon.  Will be posting some of my earlier concept work here as well.  Right now, I have a page of BLACK LABEL and AMAZON to work on!  Should both be up later this week! :)
