...suddenly noticed that I'd put the window and outdoor plants in the background of panels 4 and 5.  not supposed to be there, otherwise they would have magically changed seats.  I love magic tricks, but now's not the time.

I love this chapter! I like how Meg explains it, very well done. I can feel the sincerity and experience that Meg has in this conversation. Especially when she talks about stress relief, endorphin rush, and natural high, Great touches. Most people aren't aware of that. It's good to see it discussed and explained.
