Ink Preview--June Pinup A (Patreon)

You got a glimpse at the base colors for this this morning, but here's the full inks if you want to see them!  A certain scientist tries to make a quick getaway before it's too late!  This is a rare occasion where I heavily used another artist's drawing as a pose reference--one of the all time greats, John Romita Sr., who not only strikes that sweet spot of creating a fully realized environments for the characters he draws without too much over-rendered clutter, but also neat, distinctive, appealing figures (and some nasty thugs, too)!  He's also drawn some of the most beautiful women in comics, IMO.  This pose came from a panel of Amazing Spider-Man, posted here for comparison.  I just like the angle and could easily picture our own heroine running this way with her lab coat billowing behind her as she tries to put some distance between herself and her colleagues.  Swipe for the full picture and look for the color version very soon!
