Hello and welcome to the other side of Spooky Season!  I want to thank everyone for their support and welcome the new members who may have joined for the first time last month.  

This piece is my attempt at a fall outfit for Jan.  Jan has a pretty specific color palette for her civilian wear (more on that later)  which lends itself to lots of spring and summer outfits, but not as much for fall, as earth tones and oranges are among the colors she doesn't wear.  (Her predecessor Janet was a master of fall fashion).  This is envisioned as something she might wear to a Thanksgiving dinner.

October--especially the back half--was a little rocky in the real world but very productive for me art wise.  I still can't believe I got that Velma sequence drawn, colored, and lettered in about 6 weeks and still had time for a redrawn pinup of the twins from last year as werewolves, a pinup of the Wolf Man's Daughter, Jan as Wanda, a Daphne pinup, and this piece as well.  I've definitely started to develop a system, and these last two months of 2021 I want to start applying them to my two outstanding projects, Julie Take Wing and Savage A to Z.  Getting those off my plate will usher open up a slew of possibilities for where I go from here.  Thank you for continuing to ride along with me!
