I should point out a couple of things about this first part of the sequence:

This is the first project where I've had the Lunateers interacting with each other.  Up until now it's just been a bunch of random transformation sequences that I retroactively made into individual characters  that eventually became a group.  Here we have Sandy Starling and Julie Kim conversing, and Leah Augetter is referred to as well.  Obviously at this point Sandy is the only one with powers, but not for long.

The preceding frames are interesting because up until now I have always drawn Sandy with a headband and Julie without.  I thought a matching plaid headband would add to Julie's outfit here, and as Sandy's about to change I figured she wouldn't bother with hers.

Finally, almost from the first panel I realized that nobody under, say, 30 uses their phones like these two are, and they're supposed to be in their 20's.  They'd be using earbuds, or speakerphone, or even skyping or whatever.  This is what happens when middle aged men write characters belonging to a younger generation I guess.
