Hey everyone, here's the final image of Lady Katrana! Thought it was a cool follow up to the setup of the pin-up. No, it's not on the same place, but it's a fun concept to think how she manipulated the kingdom nobles to do her bidding ;D

Also it was quite fun to do the pose and interactions between the characters. To show that's she's basically pressing the guy against the chair and doing what she wants =3

Oooooh look at these colours! 😻😻😻😻😻 I love how the centre of the image has mostly warm colours with the wall, wooden throne and skin tones of the characters, framed on either side by cool, dark blue curtains. While the colours of the characters clothes, especially Katrana's, are quite vibrant with the red and purples (along with the blue curtains) looking quite regal. Katrana's clothes, being more vibrant definitely draw the viewer towards her more than her lucky partner here with the more vibrant colours and give the impression of her being quite a bit more extravagant which is a nice contrast. And as always, the rendering is just gorgeous on everything! I really like the shining, reflective surface of the orbs on top of the throne, as well as the textures and gradient colours of the wall. This is one of those hard to describe things, but you did such a great job with the curtains that I can actually imagine what they feel like to touch and how the material would react. The throne is also very well done with the wooden grain in the texture and all of the little nicks and scratches in the surface and edges are a wonderful little detail. And when it comes to the characters clothes, they all look so well done with their unique textures, colours and folds. I really like the loosely hanging sleeves that the guy has, as well as the rippling folds in Katrana's red skirt, the lighting on that material just looks gorgeous! And I love the pale purple material that has fallen forward from her body, particularly the twisting, meandering straps falling between her legs (the shadows they cast onto the guys legs look great too). The shining texture to the straps on her arms are very nice too and again, the purple sleeves she has just look so well done that it's easy to imagine how they'd feel. And when it comes to the characters skin/bodies, you've done an excellent job! I really like the contrast between the shapes of the two characters, shown particularly well with their interlocking hands, with Katrana's smaller, more dainty and elegant fingers, next to his big, rigid digits. I actually love how you've painted his hands, there's something oddly satisfying about well painted male hands with their more blocky shapes and how the plane changes look when the fingers bend, I also really like the ridges and knuckles through his left hand. You did a great job on his legs too with the warmer, yellowish lighting on his thighs and then the reddish tones on the knees/calves, with the actual definition of the knees looking great. Of course, Katrana is the centrepiece of the painting and hooo boy, she looks absolutely divine! 😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻😻 Her hair looks so luxuriant with the subtle line of light running through it next to her forehead, as well as the edge-lighting on top, and her face is beautiful! Those yellow eyes are so piercing and captivating... a little sinister actually, she'd make a great vampire 😹, though apparently she turns into a dragon which is even better! But back to the painting though, her dark lips are utterly luscious and you did a great job defining her facial features, I really like the area of light on the corner of her right cheek. Her whole neck, collarbone and shoulder areas are so well done with painterly definition and a great sense of texture, I particularly love the muscular definition of her raised shoulder and bicep. Naturally her breasts look amazing, the shine to the skin combined with the extra dark shadow wrapping under the right breast provide a striking contrast and define the shape so well. The squished left breast is very well painted and the nipple poking between the fingers is quite the sexy addition. And i really like her upper torso beneath the breasts with the shadow along her right side and the way her rib-cage/upper abs are defined. Her legs are especially magnificent with very clear and striking contrast between light and shadow. Her lower leg looks gorgeous with the light on top running down towards her knee and transitioning into shadow and the definition of her calf and the knee itself look amazing, while the raised thigh too looks so good for similar reasons and you did a great job on the little details of her foot and toes. Absolutely brilliant work on this painting! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏 The colours give off a great, royal atmosphere with the blues, reds and purples with a nice warmth at the centre of it all and I just adore the interactions between the characters with Katrana just looking so absurdly beautiful! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Eh, while I do think that Katrana looks certainly sexy and evil at the same time, I guess I was still hoping to see a humanoid Onyxia with claws and wings.. maybe another time? At least I got to see more Iris this month! :)

it's unlikely. It's really not my alley to do "half non-humanoid" versions. It's simply not a type of art that I like to do. I really prefer to make them fully humanoid =p
