Discord Server (Patreon)

You might have noticed... I finally have a discord server!! 

Welp, I'm still very very noob with discord so there's a lot to figure still XD
And I don't know if I'll do well managing it or not... but I'll give it a try!! If I found it's somewhat not manageable, I'll either find more help or just get rid of it :>
