Here is some training that is challenging for me! I’m trying to write my thoughts about training per request from you all.


I love to train tilts, but you may have noticed I usually do it in the corner wall with my foot pressed into the wall. This is the easiest way to ‘cheat’ to do a tilt just because it requires less strength, balance and active flexibility. My original teacher for this wanted me to use the chair like this so I’m going to commit.


You can see I try to do it at the wall at first with the chair, but I had more success with just the chair for balance. Definitely better than my last attempt with the chair a year ago. I gave up for a bit and just used the wall to take prettier pics for a while.


By the end of the video you can see the attempts are much better and stronger 😁 I think there’s one person here who specifically wants me to train this pose so I’ll keep sharing the progress.


Also I have the weights on the chair to prevent it from flipping over just incase lol. I figured a little weight couldn’t hurt.
