Shoulder rotation (Patreon)

Apparently I can just do this now (with all the shoulder training I’ve been doing as well). I’ve never understood this until I saw a random video last night and it is so summer heat right now that my body is just contortion ready. Can’t wait to do this in like a backbend split.
