Excellent stuff! Lorn Song of the Bachelor is one of my favourite F20 scenarios. It's great that is showcases South East Asian culture but also that it's a well crafted adventure. So I'm hoping for more goodness from the roaches. Unusually I've only ever seen one in the wild, in a shopping mall in Toronto, but I did really enjoy Daniel Evan Weiss's Unnatural Selection (reissued as The Roaches Have No King) about what happens when roaches learn to read, by eating books.

I AM SO HAPPY TO SEE THIS! I’ve admired Zedeck Siew since I met him at a conference a few years ago, and my admiration exploded in the years since as I’ve read his growing body of work. I’m quite behind in all the podcasts I subscribe to due to changes in lifestyle brought on by the pandemic and other things, but this will be my “walking to work” listen tomorrow morning. And I recommend everyone to check out not only his TTRPG work, but also his fiction, which I’ve found quite moving.

I once failed to kill a roach by hoofing my economics textbook at it -- I scored a solid hit -- and that has given me a good deal of respect for their resilience.

I have read bits and pieces of Zedeck's other work, and one day I will buy the whole ATTI zine collection. Maybe if I see it at Dragonmeet I will be unable to resist.
