Never before imagined the possible combination of "officer in the Lunar army" and "lovely chap," though I guess my anti-Red Moon prejudice is showing.... 😂

Nonsense! BerkutUru, of the UruSha, was a lovely boy, a Darjiini peltast officer raised in the Seven Mothers cult and as a result kind of cut off from the traditional Darjiini culture of his troops. But although he was Lunar through and through, it turned out that "we are all us" meant very little in the face of ingrained prejudice against Darjiini in his very traditional Dara Happan superiors. Poor dope, he really believed all that stuff. I mean, in the game I ran, which was set in Dragon Pass, the only Yanafil Tarnils initiates who appeared were bloodthirsty servants of the evil Shepelkirt. It's all about context.
