After suffering one of the worst years in my life in which a felt true fear when my body gave me a good scare for not listening to it and push myself to the limit, I can't say I became stronger, because I believe that quote only helps to abusive people and systems to have an excuse to take advantage of you, but I can say it definitely made me to change some aspects of my mind and helped me to take things easier and focus on more accessible goals.
I may not be stronger but I definitely love and respect myself and art more than any other time so I am ready to what may come.
