I think since this summer I haven’t made any anatomy and msucle studies and I was starting to notice so today I tried to make a review to michael hampton basics and made some loose studies of bodybuilders.

I will try little by little make an overall review to the main muscles and different kind of body types. I felt extremely rusty at making these and has been kind of a struggle.
